I’m really good at I'm much better at tasks that can be done slowly and carefully rather than tasks that require immediate responses or accomplishments. I'm very good at writing when I can spend the time to find the exact word I want, but I can get a little tongue-tied in rapid conversation. I'm very good at organizing things (both material and data organization), but, again, I work slowly and pedantically. I'm very much a turtle and not a hare. I'm also good with people and interpersonal interactions, but this really only comes out strongly in one-on-one encounters or in very small groups rather than in large groups. My specialty talent is active, empathic listening, which is, by definition, a turtle's talent. It takes time to truly hear another person's story, and I am turtle enough to take that time.
