About me?, well the thing that stands out, when most people meet me they say that im cheeky in a good way, that i have an unusual sense of stark humour...i think i make em laugh when im talking to people about real experiences that I've had in my life, things I have seen or learned about human nature, about real things that happened to me ! They laugh i think because it seems too strange and freaky..things happen to me that never seem to happen to other humans on this planet.. Like in September 1999, I was arrested in Timika West Papua, not far from the Freeport Mine, that nasty big hungry greedy gold and copper mine..like the Jaws of death eating up the planet and spewing out toxic tailings into the sacred Ajikwa River, and the Casuarina Coast, testimony to mans' insatiable appetite for material wealth, "MINING" which is usually accompanied all over the world by spiritual and moral bankruptcy, as well as compromised environmental systems, and generations of **** and poison, and so on and so on...so for four months, beginning on September 25th when i was arrested, I spent New Year 2000 in a prison in Abepura, near the capital city in West Papua, called Jaya Pura..and I was falsely accused of espionage, and intelligence gathering...ME ?? __ Im someone who has never had a military or government job, even in the post office ! ( well thats not entirely true, i had three months work, with the Education Department, as a carer and teachers aid, with a special needs class, one of whom had an inner ear infection and was deaf..i resigned after three months, i didnt have the patience that the old ladies who worked there had, saints! ) But that was all many years ago now.. Now i am ready to share my life with the right woman who of course, is my friend and lover and guru,..I have a true appreciation for other Asian peoples, as i considder Australia a part of Asia..I have lived and travelled thru many parts of Indonesian, Thailand and the Philippines, the many islands and diverse cultures and some of the remaining wilderness,..places such as Mindanao, Kalimantan and Sumarta utara and also Papua, they amaze me and I would like to take tourists there to learn more about the jungles the plants and animals, and the natural systems that have sustained the tribes there. I am an avid learner of other languages, and believe that cultural exchange is one of the one things that could save the human race from xenophobic war mongering and possible anihalation *_*)?
